The villas are built around the golf course with many pedestrian walkways that lead around the development and to the clubhouse to minimize the need to drive. The golf course is edged with Andalucian style low level homes complemented by stunning scenery.

Accommodation and Facilities


Bedroom 1 - Double bed and built in wardrobes, marble floors, views over the golf course, and is adjacent to bathroom 1.	Bedroom 2 - Twin beds and built in wardrobe, marble floors and large sliding doors which open onto the patio with views over landscaped gardens and pool, with electric external blinds.	Bedroom 3 - Twin beds, built in wardrobes, large doors with external blinds.
Bathrooms - The en suite in bedroom 1 has bath, shower, shower screen, built in handbasin with understorage cupboard, mirror, wc, marble floors and walls. The 2nd bathroom has shower with shower screen, wc, sinkbasin with storeage underneath, mirror, marble floors and walls.	Kitchen - Fully fitted kitchen with large open hatchway to dining area. It has a hob, oven, fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, coffee cafeteria, electric juicer, oven proof dishes.	Living Room - Large lounge/dining room with marbled floor. Tastefully furnished with 2 leather couches, coffee table, TV , DVD player. Dining table with 4 chairs.
Other facilities - Hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, iron and ironing board, tv, central heating, air conditioning, shared swimming pool.	Cleaning - One set of towels (bath towels only not beach towels) and linen are provided per person. The property will be cleaned before and after the rentals, mid week cleaning and linen can also be arranged for a small charge.	Parking - Underground car park disabled access via lift.
